At Bali Body, we want you to be completely satisfied with your glow. If you're not happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of the delivery date to qualify for a return.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and include your order details inside; we recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost parcels.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
