How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within Australia and 7-14 business days for international orders, depending on your location and customs processing.
Are Bali Body products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, we are proud to be 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We do not test our products or ingredients on animals, and we do not use any animal-derived ingredients.
Can I use the Tanning Oils if I have sensitive skin?
Our Natural Tanning and Body Oil is formulated with organic, natural ingredients that are gentle on the skin. However, we always recommend a patch test 24 hours before full application.
What is your return policy?
Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on items that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
Do the tanning oils provide sun protection?
We offer both SPF and non-SPF versions of our oils. Please check the specific product label; we always recommend applying a high-factor sunscreen alongside our tanning oils for skin safety.
How do I track my shipment?
